Project Quantity Surveyor

Archer Recruitment is working with a large independent construction consultancy in London to recruit a Project Surveyor who is either recently qualified or working towards completion of their APC. The business has an incredible reputation and a clear internal career progression path. They have an excellent client base of developers, investors and occupier clients in the London market.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the best and most experienced QS teams in London, to work on a variety of projects in the Office, Residential, Hotel and Data Centre sectors.

The Project Surveyor will work closely alongside senior members of the team and perform all pre and post contract quantity surveying services throughout the full project lifecycle. The company invesste heavily into its people and you will also be given ongoing CPD training at each stage of your career. For APC candidates, they have an excellent internal programme and will prioritise your APC support to achieve the MRICS chartership.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
  • A university degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
  • 3+ years’ PQS experience working on projects in similar sectors
  • MRICS or working towards APC
The Project Surveyor role will pay a salary up to £60,000 plus benefits including 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional and educational fees are also paid for.
