We are currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor role, to work on major new build projects in the residential market.
Based in the heart of London, this independent business is delivering both Project and Cost Management services to a wide variety of clients within the Residential, Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, Hotels and Later Living sectors.
The company has an exceptional client base and friendly culture, creating a great working environment. This really is an attractive proposition for someone looking to specialise in particular markets but you will have the opportunity to work on different types of schemes both in pre-construction and delivery phase.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £55,000 negotiable dependant on experience. On top of this, you will receive an above average benefits package.
