Project Surveyor

Archer Recruitment has been instructed by a top project and cost management consultancy to recruit a Project Surveyor who is recently qualified or working towards completion of their APC. The business has an incredible reputation and a clear internal career progression path. They have an excellent client base of developers, investors and occupier clients in the London market.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the best and most experienced QS teams in London, to work on trophy projects including new build sustainable office developments, major mixed-use schemes, and retail to commercial conversion projects.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• A proven track record working on commercial projects of a large capital value
• Be a problem solver who will deliver for their client
• Experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment
• MRICS or working towards APC

This client will pay a highly competitive salary depending on the candidate level – with 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional and educational fees are also paid for.
