Our Toronto office opened in 2016 and in 2020 we transitioned the business to a partnership model. The Managing Director for North America has almost 13 years recruitment expertise in the construction, property, and engineering markets across Australia, Singapore and North America and has ensured that Archer Recruitment has become a respected key player.
You will initially start in a full 360 recruitment role and with the successful growth and development of your business you will have the choice to either increase your own team head count or continue to do it solo. Your personal and professional growth is in your own hands.
A 360 role involves all aspects of agency recruitment including: making cold and warm sales calls, building up a network of clients and candidates, telephone and face to face interviews, meeting clients, attending networking events, writing quality advertisements and occasional industry articles, and placing contract and permanent placements on both a contingent and retained basis.
