The Role
We are searching for a Senior Associate to embed themselves within our client’s Building Surveying team. They are offering the chance to come in at a partner level if the candidate possesses a track record of winning new business, building and growing teams. They cover a variety of sectors including healthcare, residential, industrial, leisure, charities, office, transport, infrastructure, automotive and retail, giving a wide scope of work. Offering services including, TDD, Fit-Outs, Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Neighbourly Matters, Planned Maintenance, Project Management, Schedules of Condition, Building Surveys, Building Reinstatement Valuations and more, as well as projects with values of up to £1M.
The Requirements
The role offers a £100K+ salary plus an excellent benefits package.
