Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor

Archer Recruitment is working with a highly regarded construction consultancy who are working with blue chip clients on some of the most prestigious projects in London.

They are looking to recruit an Senior Associate level Quantity Surveyor who will work closely with a long standing Partner in the business, delivering for leading developer clients on a variety of both new build and fit-out projects including a Hotel in Mayfair, luxury retail fit-out, and multiple commercial & residential developments in central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS with aspirations to become a Partner. It is a hangs-on role leading multiple projects whilst also supporting with management of surveyors in the team, and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Have a proven track record of commercial projects of a large capital value (£50m+)
• Be a problem solver who will deliver for their client
• Experience within a professional quantity surveying consultancy or client-side environment
• MRICS is essential

This client will pay a highly competitive salary up to £90,000 per annum - with 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional and educational fees are also paid for.
