The Role
We are searching for a Senior Building Surveyor to manage projects and building surveying commissions, including dilapidations, party walls, construction projects and surveys. The building surveying team is involved in a multitude of projects including maintenance works, new builds and renovations. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to mentor employees to help maximise their full potential and help identify new business opportunities.
The Requirements
The role offers a £50K-£60K salary plus comprehensive benefits package.

The Requirements
- Degree or Equivalent in Building Surveying
- MRICS or MCIOB (Chartered or Working Towards Chartership)
- Working knowledge of construction materials and construction methodologies
- Enthusiastic
- Accomplished
- Ambitious
