About the role and about You
With a healthy pipeline of work our client is looking for one or two Chartered Building Surveyors or Senior Building Surveyors to join their team. The team are experienced and the senior members have been in post for some time. They have a good range of work including pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessment, project monitoring, party wall and PPM.

They also have social side to the team too. They are a profitable and successful team and are looking for people who are keen to build long term relationships with clients and generate fees. Their AD's generate around £250K of fees a year.
