We are working with a traditional building consultancy that are operating on several projects across London. They have a wealth of experience inhouse and a relaxed culture. Our client is offering a long-term opportunity with excellent career progression and a healthy pipeline of work.
 
The Role
 
We are searching for a Senior Building Surveyor to work as part of a well regarded Building Surveying division under a highly experienced Partner, working on a range of projects, mainly on cyclical maintenance projects for social housing but do also work with private landlords and education. The right candidate will be managing their own client and agreeing on fee proposals for various Surveying and Projects.
 
The Requirements
  • Degree or Equivalent in Building Surveying
  • MRICS or MCIOB
  • Enthusiastic
  • Ambitious
  • Can demonstrate at interview a track record of carrying out Professional Building Surveying services
  • Full UK Drivers License (Ideal but not essential)
The Benefits
 
The role offers a £45-£50K salary plus benefits package.
