Our client is a global leading design and engineering MNC consultancy with strong presence worldwide. They have done numerous iconic projects on sustainable infrastructure and environmental engineering. They are looking for a Senior / Associate Coastal Engineer to manage projects in Singapore and UK.
  
Job Description:
  • Design and planning of coastal and related works
  • Participate and conduct studies
  • Perform the projects/tasks within the agreed budget and program
  • Client liaising and presentation of proposal
  • Attending meetings that involves both internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and report progressively
Requirements:
  • Min bachelor’s degree or Masters (Hons) Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Min 9+ years of experience in planning, design and/or implementation of coastal, marine, reclamation infrastructure projects
  • PE or UK Chartered Engineer will be highly valued.
  • Familiar with Eurocodes/BS 6349/CIRIA Guidelines
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary coastal projects
  • Willing to travel – international
  • Experience in client liaising and leading meetings
  • Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have good knowledge of common design software.
  • Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
