Archer Recruitment is working with an independent, international building consultancy to recruit a Senior Cost Manager in their London City office. This is a new role for a growing cost management team, with the potential to progress to a leadership position.
The Senior Cost Manager will work on a range of new build and refurbishment projects across sectors including commercial, residential, industrial & retail. They will provide both pre and post contract quantity surveying services in a client facing position.
The company has a multi-disciplinary team of expert consultants that work closely together to provide an excellent service to their client base. They have offices throughout the UK and mainland Europe, and an excellent reputation in the market.
The Senior Cost Manager role is offering a salary up to £65,000 plus £4800 car allowance and a wide range of employee benefits. The modern office is based in an excellent City location close to Barbican and Farringdon stations, and the company has a sociable team with regular events and activities arranged throughout the year.
