Archer is working with a leading global construction consultancy to recruit a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join its London team working on commercial projects in the Workplace sector.
This is a client facing role working on corporate fit-out projects for blue chip clients. The business has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, and have ambitious plans to double the size of the cost management team over the next 3 years.
Typically, you will be seeing projects from inception, through cost planning and procurement and on to post contract delivery and commercial management.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong experience in providing M&E cost planning and quantity surveying services. They will ideally be MRICS chartered.
On offer is a salary up to £70k plus car allowance and an excellent benefits package.
