Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Archer Recruitment is working with a global construction consultancy to recruit a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor in Frankfurt, to work on a new build data centre project for a global tech client.
  
This is a client-facing role working on site in Frankfurt. Candidates can be based in Frankfurt or the client will consider a FIFO arrangement Monday to Thursday, with Fridays working remotely. German language skills are highly desirable, but not essential.
  
The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Actively participate in the tender process from initial documentation through to analysis and reporting, ensuring maximum value for the client.
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to the team.
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy or contractor background with 7+ years’ experience. Prior experience working on data centre projects is essential.

A salary up to 120k EUR is on offer, plus benefits including healthcare, pension, life assurance, and 25 days holiday.

Candidates will ideally have the right to work in Germany with an EU Passport, but the company may be able to provide visa sponsorship if required.
