Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex construction projects within our client's expanding team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects within the real estate sector. Your extensive expertise and leadership will contribute to the continued growth and success of our client's consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for complex construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Provide expert guidance and support in all phases of the project, from feasibility studies and design to procurement, construction, and handover.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of the real estate side of the built environment to address project complexities and provide innovative solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report to senior management.
- Manage project budgets and financial aspects to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Project Manager role within a UK-based construction consultancy, specializing in the real estate sector.
- Essential experience in CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employer's Agent) roles.
- Highly desirable qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM.
- Strong understanding of construction industry best practices and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Competitive basic salary of up to £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
