What can I expect in the role?
Working for a growing Project Consultancy, you will be working with some highly experienced industry professionals. The company have seen steady growth in the last few years and are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager who can bring personality and desire to succeed.
This business has seen year on year growth within the UK market and the company have successfully won and delivered work for a leading Workplace Provider who are continuing to acquire office space in London as well as some household names within the development market.
The projects will vary across Fit Out, Refurbishment and New Build across the Commercial, Retail and Residential space.
What type of skills and experience do I need to demonstrate?
You will need to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects both pre and post contract.
Business Development is a big part of the companies mantra so networking (albeit virtually at present) will be required.
The selected candidate will need to have had previous Consultancy experience or have worked for a Developer and be an out and out Project Manager.
A strong technical background with experience using the full suite of JCT Contracts and someone who has worked closely with their clients leading their own schemes.
MRICS is not essential but is desirable. You can come from a Surveying, Architecture or Design background but it is important to stress that this is very much a hands-on Project Management role.
Salary will be dependant on experience and will likely range up to £65/70k plus company benefits to include Private Healthcare and Pension scheme.
There is a clear structure within the business and new joiners can expect to be rewarded for hard work as opposed to time served.
