Senior Project Manager
Real Estate and Building Consultancy
One of Archer’s repeat clients is looking to add an additional Senior Project Manager to their growing London office. Off the back of some new project wins, there is a requirement for an experienced Project Manager to join a very competent, experienced and client-focused team who have a very high retention rate of clients and also staff.
Based in central London, this firm are involved in projects at both the pre-construction and delivery phases, giving staff the opportunity to deliver cradle-to-grave Project Management. With a sweet spot of projects ranging up to circa £50million, they have delivered across Industrial & Logistics, Commercial New Build & Fit Out, PRS, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation and typically within the Private Sector only.
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a good track record of delivering projects within the Private sector and preferably both new build and fit out.
On offer is a salary of up to £80,000 (dependant on experience) plus a very good benefits package and a top tier bonus which is most certainly at the top of the industry.
