Not only do they have a great client base, but the company culture, staff and ways of working are excellent. This really is an attractive proposition for someone looking to specialise in particular markets but you will have the opportunity to work on different types of schemes, both in pre-construction and delivery phase.

On offer is a competitive salary of circa £60-70k, negotiable dependent on experience. On top of this, you will receive an above average benefits package.

Candidates will need to have worked for a Professional Quantity Surveying Consultancy and be able to demonstrate experience on new build schemes preferably within Resi/Hotels/Student Accommodation or similar.  Candidates must also be MRICS qualified.
