Archer Recruitment is working with a leading construction consultancy to recruit a Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent in its successful Leeds office.
This person will be joining an experienced team and will be able to work on a variety of projects including in office, residential, care home and mixed use sectors for commercial developers, funders and owner occupier clients.
Candidates for this role should ideally be MRICS chartered with 5+ years’ cost consultancy experience. They should have a good understanding of JCT D&B contracts and the EA role.
