Are you experienced in delivering construction projects across a range of sectors? Do you want to join an independent building consultancy working with prestigious investor clients?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior or Associate level Project Manager to join the growing London team of a consultancy with offices across the UK. The PM will take responsibility for delivering a mix of new build and fit-out projects for investor and developer clients in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. They will also provide project monitoring services for large mixed-use developments.
The Project Manager will work closely with the client to provide expert advice on strategic decisions, procurement options and project updates. They should have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and contribute to winning new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a proven Project Manager who has delivered on projects up to £50m in value. They will ideally be MRICS qualified with experience across a range of project sectors.
