Responsibilities:
As a Senior/Associate Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects within the healthcare, science, and related domains. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing effective risk management strategies across projects within the Healthcare and Life Science portfolio.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and assess risk exposure, providing tailored risk management solutions.
- Utilising QRA software, such as Primavera Risk Analysis, to conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis.
- Collaborating closely with project teams and key stakeholders to identify, mitigate, and manage risks.
- Demonstrating strong client-facing skills and the ability to communicate complex risk concepts effectively.
- Contributing to risk mitigation methodologies and techniques, ensuring best practices are upheld.
- Providing expert advice on risk management, project controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Risk Manager or within project controls on capital projects, preferably in the healthcare, life science, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in using QRA software, such as Primavera Risk Analysis or similar.
- Adept in risk mitigation methodologies and techniques, ensuring effective risk management throughout project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with attention to detail.
- Program management qualifications or relevant certifications (e.g., IRM, MoR, PRINCE2) will be advantageous.
