My client is boutique Real Estate Owner and Developer and they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Leasing Executive for one of their suburb shopping mall. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and managing tenant relations to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability of the mall.

Responsibilities:
- Managing assigned leases and negotiating renewal agreements to ensure timely completion.
- Occasional calling to prospective tenants
- Marketing and leasing retail units to potential tenants and maintaining ongoing communication with retailers.
- Work collaboratively with the Leasing Team to evaluate and recommend tenancy mix based on the mall’s positioning.
- Support the Leasing Managers in implementing strategies to optimize rental rates and occupancy levels.
- Prepare recurring reports, including internal leasing presentations, management reports, asset review reports, and annual business plans.
- Work with the Leasing Team to ensure all lease administration matters are handled appropriately.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants
- Conduct and analyze retail market research to stay abreast of general retail market trends.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in leasing or property management, preferably in the retail industry. (Representing Landlord)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful leasing strategies.
- Knowledge of leasing regulations, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Familiarity with property management software and leasing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
