Do you have a proven track record delivering on Pre and Post Contract schemes acting as the Employers Agent? If you do then this could be a perfect opportunity to join a highly successful multidisciplinary firm delivering to a number of schemes in central London and the South East within the Residential New Build space. The Head Office is based in Kent but the client is flexible on working locations in the South East due to current restrictions and spread of work.
Working as part of a team of qualified and experienced Employers Agents, this role will provide the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting schemes predominantly within the Residential Market. Other work may include Commercial and other Public Sector entities.
Candidates will need to demonstrate their experience of Employers Requirements documents, have a proven track record in pre-contract as well as post-contract delivery along with having up to date knowledge of the new EWS1 Fire regulations. Other criteria include:
- Recent work with JCT D&B contracts
- Have a clear understanding of development control and funding/delivery standards within the housing sector
It is essential that you have previous experience working for a Building Consultancy and have carried out the role of an Employers Agent. Candidates with residential experience are preferred however other employees agent experience will be considered.
On offer is a salary up to £60,000 plus benefits.
APC support is available for those candidates wishing to become chartered.
