Our client is an internationally known hospitality group that provides flexible workspace solutions across the Asia Pacific region. With plans and commitment to immediately grow and expand on its international presence across key new markets in Asia, Singapore has remained an important hub that would fuel their organic growth towards the region. Our client is now looking to hire a dynamic and successful Strategic Planning and Analysis Associate to be part of this growing and exciting team.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all leaders across various business verticals such as sales, marketing, operations, real estate and corporate teams are well supported and align with one another to derive on business decisions.
  
Responsibilities:       
  • Lead the group in their aggressive expansion plans by preparing and presenting financial feasibilities for new locations across Asia-Pacific markets
  • Develop annual financial budgets and update them with quarterly estimates; project the organisation cash flows
  • Be the financial business partner supporting strategic projects across various lines of businesses
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or its equivalent
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategy, FP&A or similar roles
  • Financial analysis and business modelling experience is highly critical in this role
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts is key traits that are highly desirable in this role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams as well as being a strong team player are seen as key success to this role 
  • The ability to operate PowerPoint presentations independently is a key requirement in this role
