Our client, one of the UK's leading contractors are currently seeking a Technical Services Manager to work on a £10m development in central London.
This position would suit a less experienced manager who would be keen to learn new processes within an excellent and well set-up organisation.
You would need to have a good understanding of both mechanical and electrical as the position will require you to manage sub-contractors from both biases.
This position will initially start as a contract position but will become permanent after a successful period of 6 months.
Circa £350pd on offer but this is negotiable depending on experience.
